Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to oversee key client
relationships, drive adoption, and ensure value realization from our software products. The
role demands strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to align
product capabilities with customer business goals.
Location: Noida / Mumbai
Requirements

7. Sales Acumen: Willingness to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and driving
revenue growth.
8. Analytical Skills: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), and derive insights from
customer interactions is valuable for informing strategic decision-making and
optimizing account management strategies.
9. Adaptability and Resilience: The ability to adapt to change, overcome obstacles, and
maintain composure under pressure is essential for success in account management
roles.

management, particularly when coordinating work effectively with colleagues across
different departments.

11. Act as a trusted advisor and main point of contact for customer escalations and
solutioning.
12. Renewal and Contract Management:
1. Proactively engage with the client to discuss contract renewals and
extensions.
2. Review and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service levels.
3. Ensure timely renewal of contracts to maintain continuity of service.
4. Manage contract documentation and administrative tasks related to renewal.
