Position Summary
The Business Analyst at Success Pact will play a critical role in enhancing organizational efficiency and driving strategic initiatives in
the recruitment domain. Acting as a bridge between business and recruitment teams, the Business Analyst will analyze processes,
gather requirements, and provide data-driven insights to improve client relationships, optimize recruitment strategies, and support
business growth. This role demands a combination of strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of
market trends to align recruitment efforts with industry demands.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand and analyze business challenges in the recruitment domain.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify goals and design solutions to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Conduct meetings, workshops, and interviews to collect and document business and project requirements.
• Analyze recruitment and client data to provide actionable insights.
• Use tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Track hiring trends across industries such as IT, Non-IT, and startups to align recruitment efforts.
• Study competitors’ offerings and refine the agency’s positioning and pricing.
• Predict hiring trends using market data and position the agency for future needs.
• Analyze client hiring trends and feedback to tailor recruitment services.
• Optimize system integrations and process workflows in recruitment operations.
What is Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in recruitment or HR.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of the recruitment industry or related processes is a plus.
