The Deal Making Team consists of entrepreneurial leaders who drive deal sourcing and
execution while managing their own P&L. If you're passionate about high-level strategy,
investor relationships, and guiding founders through the fundraising journey, this is the place
for you.
Roles & Responsibilities:
End-to-End Deal Ownership
Source high-potential deals and build strong client relationships with founders. Manage the
entire deal cycle from origination to closure, ensuring all milestones are met.
Strategic Relationship Building
Maintain a wide investor network (70–80% coverage). Act as a trusted advisor and counsel
to founders, helping them navigate challenges and maximize fundraising outcomes.
Leverage your connections to match the right investors with the right opportunities.
Independent P&L Management
Lead your own revenue targets and develop a clear roadmap to achieve them. Share best
practices and market insights with colleagues to continuously enhance Dexter Capital's
offerings.
