Role Summary
Ensure seamless order processing, inventory flow, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage order lifecycle: order → fulfillment → delivery → returns
● Coordinate with warehouses, 3PLs, and logistics partners
● Monitor inventory levels and stock planning
● Optimize delivery timelines and reduce RTO/returns
● Handle escalations in customer experience
● Improve operational SOPs and efficiency

Requirements
● 4–8 years in operations/logistics/eCommerce
● Experience with OMS, WMS systems
● Strong problem-solving and vendor management skills

KPIs
● Order fulfillment TAT
● Return rate / RTO %
● Delivery SLA adherence
● Inventory turnover
