high-performing Executive Assistant to work directly with our Founder and drive critical
coordination across teams, projects, and stakeholders.
Role Overview
As the Executive Assistant to the Founder, you will be the backbone of day-to-day operations at
the leadership level. You will manage priorities, calendars, communications, and special projects
with utmost professionalism, discretion, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
● Calendar & Communication Management
● Manage the Founder’s schedule, meetings, travel, and appointments
● Draft, review, and respond to critical emails, messages, and documents
● Ensure follow-ups, reminders, and meeting outcomes are well tracked
● Operational & Strategic Support
● Support in prioritizing tasks, planning daily/weekly agendas
● Track OKRs, business metrics, and key project deliverables
● Coordinate with internal teams and external partners/investors
Project Execution
● Run founder-led initiatives and high-impact cross-functional projects
● Conduct market research, prepare decks, and maintain business dashboards
● Take meeting notes (MoM), follow up on action items
Administrative Responsibilities
● Travel planning, event coordination, and expense management
● Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
● Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories
Desired Qualifications
● 3–6 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Founder’s Office role
● Engineering Graduate of any field or MBA (preferred)
● Excellent written and verbal communication
● High attention to detail and multitasking ability
● Proficiency in Excel & AI tools
● Strong business acumen and a proactive mindset
