Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Associate with 3-4 years of experience in HR operations,
recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on
experience with HRMS software like KEKA, Workday, etc., and possess strong Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews,
and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure seamless hiring through HRMS.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
2. HR Operations & Payroll:
• Manage employee records and HR documentation.
• Process payroll, attendance, and leave management through HRMS tools like KEKA,
Workday, etc.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
3. Employee Engagement & Welfare:
• Execute engagement activities, team-building initiatives, and rewards programs.
• Address employee grievances and escalate concerns as needed.
• Drive HR initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
4. HRMS & Data Management:
• Maintain HR databases and reports using HRMS software.
• Generate HR reports and insights using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Data
Analysis, etc.).
• Ensure smooth automation of HR processes through HR software.

Key Requirements:
Experience: 3-4 years in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, and engagement.
HRMS Expertise: Hands-on experience with KEKA, Workday, or similar platforms.
Excel Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Data Analysis.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Location: Must be willing to work from Gurgaon.
