What are we looking for?
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. In this
role, you will get a chance to lead & set up key marketing initiatives and collaborate with internal
and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement growth strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and
revenue.
● Set and achieve growth goals in collaboration with the leadership team.
● Manage a team of growth professionals and agencies to ensure that they are executing
on growth initiatives effectively.
● Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and prioritize growth
opportunities.
● Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize user acquisition and retention.
● Analyze data and identify key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of
growth initiatives.
● Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including email,
social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.
Key requirements:
● 4+ years of experience in a marketing role (prior exp in a 0 to 1 journey is preferred)

● Proven track record to think creatively and generate new ideas for driving user
acquisition, retention, revenue growth, A/B testing and experimentation
● Ability to think strategically, manage stakeholders and execute tactically
● Familiarity with marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, and social media
management tools.
