Quanfluence - Software Engineer
Job Description
Software Engineer
At Quanfluence, we're building India's first photonic quantum computer—and we need your help to
make it usable, powerful, and intelligent.
We're looking for a software engineer to develop the classical layers of our Coherent Ising
Machine—the APIs, orchestration systems, and hybrid solvers that make quantum acceleration
seamless for end users. But we’re going one step further.
You'll also design AI-driven agentic layers that interpret, optimize, and adapt workloads—making
hybrid quantum-classical optimization as easy as calling an API.
What You Will Do:
● Build classical runtimes and hybrid solvers for QUBO and other optimization problems
● Develop clean, user-facing Python SDKs
● Integrate AI/agentic logic for autonomous job orchestration
● Collaborate with physicists & hardware teams to drive real-world performance
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
● Strong coding skills in Python + C++/Rust
● Experience in optimization, algorithms, or orchestration systems
● Exposure to AI/ML or agent-based systems (LLMs, RL, etc.)
● Bonus: Familiarity with D-Wave, Braket, or quantum computing concepts
This is not just another job—it's a chance to define how AI and quantum work together.
RTL Design Engineer
About the Role
As an RTL Design Engineer, you will design, verify, and implement advanced digital logic blocks.
You’ll gain hands-on experience with FPGA prototypes and learn from engineers with decades of
chip design expertise.
Key Responsibilities
● Write clean, efficient, and synthesizable RTL code (Verilog/SystemVerilog or VHDL).
● Perform functional verification using testbenches, simulation tools, and coverage metrics.
● Collaborate with architects, verification engineers, and FPGA teams for optimal performance.
● Debug and optimize designs for synthesis, timing closure, and FPGA implementation.
● Maintain documentation and participate in design reviews.
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering (or related).
● Strong understanding of digital logic design, finite state machines, and timing concepts.
● Familiarity with Verilog/SystemVerilog or VHDL.
● Exposure to FPGA workflows and simulation tools (ModelSim, Questa, Vivado, etc.) is a plus.
● Eagerness to learn and grow under senior mentorship.
What We Offer
● Hands-on experience in real hardware development.
● Mentorship from industry experts in chip design.
● A collaborative, innovation-driven environment.
● Opportunity to work on high-impact systems from concept to prototype.
