What You'll Do:
● Build the Frontend: Design and develop stunning, user-friendly interfaces using React and
Next.js.
● Write Clean Code: Craft efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code using TypeScript.
● Write testing automation scripts: Write unit tests, integration and end to end test cases and
automation scripts.
● Master CSS Frameworks: Leverage Tailwind CSS to rapidly style components.
● API integrations:
● Backend API integrations
● Third-party API integrations like WhatsApp Business API to let users keep their WhatsApp
communication in sync with the CRM.
● Email and calendar API integrations to unify all communication channels.
● LLM integrations to process data and perform meaningful automations to increase
productivity.
● Work with Postgres and Supabase: Manage data, storage, and authentication.
● Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with our CEO and CTO to define product vision and
architecture.
● Mentor and Lead: Guide and inspire junior team members as we grow.
What You'll Need:
● Proven Experience: 6-8 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on
frontend technologies.
● Frontend Mastery: Deep understanding of React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
● Testing Automation suits: Deep understanding of testing automation suits like jest or
Cypress.
● CSS Expertise: Proficiency in CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
● Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to break down complex problems into smaller, actionable
tasks.

● Passion for Technology: A genuine interest in emerging technologies and best practices.
● Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication with both technical and
non-technical stakeholders.
● Technical Skills:
● Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
● Backend: Node.js, Nest.js, supabase, firebase
● Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
● Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure
● Version Control: Git, bitbucket, github
● DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
● Testing: Unit testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing (Jest/Cypress)
● Project Management: Agile methodologies (Scrum)
● AI and Machine Learning: Understanding of LLM models and their applications
