The Role
You'll own quality across our entire product suite, from the consumer app to internal tools and
APIs.
This isn't a 'just write test cases' role. You'll be the person who makes sure nothing broken
ever reaches our users.
You'll build and maintain automation frameworks, run manual deep dives when needed, and
work closely with developers and product to ship fast without breaking things.
Bonus points if you've played around with AI-powered testing tools or are excited to bring them
into your workflow.

What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end test automation frameworks (API + UI)
Own the QA process across web and mobile platforms, from planning to execution to sign-off
Perform thorough manual testing for complex flows, edge cases, and UX validation
Build CI/CD-integrated test pipelines that catch issues before they go live
Collaborate with product and engineering to define acceptance criteria and quality benchmarks
Explore and implement AI-based testing tools to speed up regression, test generation, and bug
detection
Track, report, and drive resolution of defects with clear documentation
Continuously improve test coverage, processes, and reporting

What We're Looking For
6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in QA (both automation and manual testing)
Strong experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
Solid understanding of API testing (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)
Experience working in a B2C product company, ideally in a fast-paced startup or scale-up
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)

Exposure to or genuine interest in AI-powered testing tools and workflows
Strong debugging and analytical skills with attention to detail
Someone who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to test

Nice to Have
Experience with mobile app testing (Android + iOS)
Performance and load testing experience
Background in fintech, InsurTech, or any regulated B2C product
