Our Interview Process is "Simple, respectful, and built around you - not us."

We respect your time. Our interview process is designed to be transparent, two-directional, and completed within 2 weeks from application to offer.

1. Application Review - We read every application. Your cover note and already done work matters more than your resume - tell us why you care about what we do. Shortlisted candidates are informed within 7 days

2. Intro Call - A 10-minute conversation - no tricks, no stress. We want to know you: your story, what drives you, and whether this role fits where you want to go. Culture and role alignment are both on the table.

3. Work Sample / Assignment - A short, real-world task relevant to the role. We don't believe in trick questions. We believe in seeing how you think. Most assignments take under 3 hours.

4. Founder Round - A conversation with Akki. This is where we go deeper - on vision, collaboration, and fit. You'll also get a clear picture of what the first 90 days look like.

5. Offer & Onboarding - If it's a yes from both sides, we move quickly. Offer letter within 48 hours. Onboarding is personal, structured, and designed to get you creating impact from week one.

Throughout the process, you'll always know where you stand. No ghosting. No ambiguity. We communicate - because that's who we are.
