SimplAI is looking for a sharp, curious, and hands-on AI Engineer to join our core engineering team.

What You'll Work On
● Design and implement AI agent workflows powered by LLMs, tool calling, and prompt
engineering.
● Fine-tune and evaluate models for domain-specific performance.
● Work on multi-agent orchestration frameworks and adaptive memory modules.
● Build pipelines for context retrieval, RAG, and real-time tool integration.
● Collaborate with backend and product teams to ship production-grade AI systems
● Contribute to research, prototypes, and internal tooling for better agent reliability
What You Bring
Required:
● 1–3 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or LLM-based systems
● Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or LLM APIs
● Deep understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search
● Experience building applications using LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.)

● Experience with agentic frameworks, memory management, or tool-based reasoning
● Knowledge of RAG, caching strategies, and latency optimization
● Familiarity with open-source LLM hosting, fine-tuning, or quantization
