Raising Big is a fundraising advisory firm based in New Delhi (raisingbig.capital). We run mandates for founders raising growth capital and for funds raising from their LPs. Eleven mandates on the book today, across fintech, energy, consumer brands and deep tech.
Nobody hires an advisory firm they have not heard of. So we publish — on the firm’s accounts and on our founder’s. That output is now more than the current setup can cut, and this role is the whole video function. You take a script, or sometimes just an idea and a call transcript, and hand back something publishable. Fifteen to twenty-five pieces a month, mostly short-form, made with AI tools end to end.

Role Overview
Raising Big is looking for an AI Video Producer. This is a remote position (anywhere in India), available as full-time or a three-to-six month paid internship that converts to a full-time offer for those who earn it. Compensation is ₹35,000–50,000 per month, by experience. Start is immediate.

Key Responsibilities (THE WORK)

• Firm content. Short-form video for LinkedIn and Instagram, from script to publish-ready cut. This is the bulk of it.
• Founder-led pieces. Our founder on camera and as avatar and voice — commentary on deals, on sectors, and on how fundraising actually works.
• Outbound assets. Teasers, explainers and campaign pieces for our own pipeline.
• Build the library. Hooks, b-roll, avatar sets, caption styles, project templates. Your second month should be visibly faster than your first.
• Read the numbers. Watch-through, saves, replies, every week. Then change what you make.

Tools
Generation: Seedance, Veo, Sora, Kling, Runway. Avatar and lip-sync: HeyGen. Voice: ElevenLabs. Edit: CapCut, Premiere or Resolve — we have no opinion on which.
You will not know all of these and we do not expect it. Know three or four well enough to know where each one breaks, and you can learn the rest here.

Who This Suits

• You have made video that people watched, with your own hands.
• You can cut without being told where. A brief that says “forty-five seconds, hook inside two” should be enough.
• Taste. Generation is cheap now. Deciding what is worth making is the job.
• It bothers you when a lip-sync is half a frame off.
• Finance does not put you off. You will be cutting video about term sheets and cap tables, not about skincare.
• You reply to messages the same day.

Being Straight About It
A lot of this is volume. Some pieces get remade three times. Deadlines are days, not weeks. If what you want is a slow, crafted showreel job, this is not that one.

Not Required
Film school. An agency background. Any formal training in editing. Prior experience at a fund or an advisory firm.

Share access to the sessions: prompt and chat history, project files, screen recordings, whatever shows the work is yours. We will ask you about specific choices inside them. Anything made by someone else, or commissioned, does not count.
