About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to join the Founder’s
Office. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical and problem-
solving abilities with a business mindset. You will work directly with the Founders and
Leadership Team to drive key strategic initiatives, analyze business performance, and
support cross-functional decision-making.
The position offers high visibility and exposure across multiple business functions —
strategy, finance, operations, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the Founders on strategic planning, business analysis, and
execution of high-impact projects.
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and business modeling to
support data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in preparing strategy decks, board presentations, and performance
reviews.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion plans.
• Drive cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and
business performance.
• Identify gaps and propose solutions to enhance productivity, profitability, and
scalability.
• Track key business metrics and prepare actionable insights for the leadership
team.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to align strategic objectives and
operational execution.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) from a reputed institute; MBA or
experience in consulting/startups preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, or operations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and
data visualization tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and presentation abilities.
• High ownership mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work across teams and
leadership levels.
Good to Have
• Experience in Founders’ Office / Corporate Strategy / Consulting roles.
• Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, or financial planning.
• Familiarity with startup ecosystems and growth strategy execution.
