Position Summary
Client Onboarding and Success is responsible for onboarding, retention, adoption, and expansion of Talentoj
services within the assigned segment of industry. The purpose of this role is to be the trusted advisor to new
customers, while partnering with internal talent acquisition teams to understand business goals and key
performance metrics and exceed those goals through client onboarding and delivery experience. Top priority
for this role is to ensure regular client onboarding from assigned segments and high-quality experience for our
customers, resulting in their satisfaction and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market research for defined industry segments to identify companies expanding their teams
• Compile organized data on companies, including contact details of key employees (e.g., Talent
Acquisition, Founders, Senior Leaders)
• Reach out to prospective customers and pitch Talentoj’s talent scouting services
• Onboard new clients from the startup and technology ecosystem
• Build and nurture a network and partnerships within the startup and technology community
• Manage customer relationships to ensure overall customer health and account growth
• Achieve and exceed quarterly retention targets for new clients
• Conduct market research and share insights with internal teams about new organizations and target
markets
What is Required
• 0–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or relevant fields
• Experience in B2B sales, startup sales, domestic staffing sales, talent consulting sales, or recruitment
(technology/startups)
• B.Tech / BE / MBA / PGDM qualification
• Experience in the technology talent acquisition industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong understanding of the talent acquisition industry (great to have)
• Fair understanding of technology hiring and the domestic staffing market
• Strong business outcome mindset
• Customer experience focus with the ability to channel feedback across functions
