Position Summary
A Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and hiring of IT professionals to fill technical positions. A
Technical Recruiter works to identify and fill job openings, interview candidates, and keep records of
applications. Being a part of Talent Acquisition function which is a sub function of HR . Recruiters/TA Experts
play a very vital role in attracting talent in the talent war specifically in the technology/ecommerce/startup
industry where the candidates are the king.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer
negotiation, and onboarding.
• Source top technical talent using job portals, social media, networking, headhunting, referrals, and
market mapping of target companies.
• Drive revenue generation and contribute to strengthening the employer brand in the market.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience
on both sides.
• Inspire, guide, and motivate the recruitment team to consistently meet and exceed hiring targets.
• Track client requisitions and monitor workflows using reports and key recruitment metrics to ensure
smooth delivery.
• Ensure clear and timely communication between key stakeholders, including hiring managers, clients,
and candidates.
What is Required
• 0–5 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related field.
• B.Tech, BE, M.Tech, ME, MBA, PGDM, MCA, PHD - with over all 60+% throughout the academics.
• Great communication skills.
• High Client consulting skills would be involved in managing stakeholders for business. -A craze for
content writing would be required, also involve in social marketing. - High on Research orientation,
present-ability and data analytics – Process orientation.
• The role will demand a lot but surely at the end the delight of enabling potential will take up all your
exertion.
