About the Role
As a Graphic/Visual Designer at SimplAI, you’ll be responsible for designing eye-catching social media posts, developing and maintaining brand guidelines, and producing engaging marketing collateral. You’ll also get the chance to explore AI-based creative tools to deliver modern, innovative visuals.
You want to experience the pace and ownership of a startup environment. You’re comfortable with some ambiguity and eager to learn by doing

What You’ll Do
• Design high-quality visuals for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain brand identity and design guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling visual content.
• Explore and leverage AI-powered tools for faster and innovative design generation.
• Ensure consistency and creativity across all design deliverables.

What We’re Looking For
• 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer / Visual Designer (startup experience is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media creatives and brand assets.
• Proficiency in design tools: *Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva*.
• Knowledge/interest in AI-based design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.

• Experience in *video editing*
• Experience in motion graphics / animations.
• Exposure to UI/UX tools
• Passion for AI, startups, and building new-age brand experiences.
