Role Overview
We're hiring an SDE2 macOS Developer to build and strengthen our Endpoint Security capabilities on macOS. You'll work closely with founders and the security engineering team to build deep, kernel-aware endpoint protection that powers our cybersecurity platform, working at the intersection of macOS internals, systems programming, and threat detection.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain macOS endpoint security agents using Objective-C, Swift, and C++.

Build and extend integrations with the macOS Endpoint Security Framework for real-time monitoring and threat detection.

Work deep in macOS user space and internals to diagnose issues and harden agent behavior.

Perform kernel-level debugging, and use reverse engineering to analyze and troubleshoot kernel-space code.

Apply core security concepts such as encryption, network security, and firewalls to strengthen endpoint protection.

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate security requirements into reliable, production-grade features.

Communicate technical tradeoffs clearly to founders and cross-functional stakeholders with a product and business-driven mindset.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of macOS development experience using Objective-C, Swift, and C++.

Deep understanding of macOS user space architecture and internals.

Hands-on experience with the macOS Endpoint Security Framework.

Experience with kernel-level debugging tools and processes, including reverse engineering of kernel-space code.

Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts: encryption, network security, firewalls, and related fundamentals.

Excellent communication skills, with a product and business-driven mindset.

Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
