Product Designer

Job Title: Product Designer
As our Product Designer, you will be the sole owner of the product
design strategy, responsible for crafting intuitive, delightful, and scalable
designs. You will work closely with founders, developers, and stakeholders to
create a seamless user experience that aligns with our business goals.
Responsibilities
• Own the entire design process—from research and ideation to
prototyping and final UI.
• Define and execute the design strategy, visual identity, and user
experience of our product.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor
analysis to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented
accurately.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and
design systems.
• Maintain a consistent and scalable design system across all
product touchpoints.
• Make data-driven design decisions and iterate based on user
feedback.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in product/UI/UX design, preferably in a
startup environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user research, UI/UX
design, and interaction design.
• Experience in building and maintaining design systems and scalable
UI components.
• Passion for user-centered design and ability to balance user needs with
business goals.
