We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our growing team, responsible for designing, developing,
and supporting a robust deployment and monitoring platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical
proficiency in DevOps practices, cloud-native technologies, system design, and automation, along with
leadership and collaboration capabilities to manage cross-functional interactions.
Key Responsibilities include:
Platform Development & Deployment:
• Design, build, and implement core components of a scalable and secure deployment and monitoring
platform.
• Develop deployment pipelines, configuration management systems, and metrics collection processes.
• Create user-friendly dashboards and interfaces for managing deployments, viewing metrics, and
generating reports.
Operations & Incident Management:
• Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of the platform infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cluster management, load balancing, auto-scaling, and bin
packing.
• Handle production incidents and service disruptions efficiently, following standard escalation
protocols.
Collaboration & Integration:
• Work closely with development and operations teams to streamline CI/CD processes.
• Integrate the deployment platform with internal systems and third-party services.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide timely status updates.
Monitoring & Reporting:
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for application and infrastructure
monitoring.
• Leverage time-series databases and visualization tools to monitor system health and performance.
• Conduct regular performance tuning, testing, and security audits.
Leadership & Support:
• Act as the point of contact for escalations, ensuring they are resolved as per documented procedures.
• Coach and mentor team members to enhance skills and meet performance standards.
• Define strategies to provide top-tier support and service delivery to end users.
Continuous Learning & Adaptability:
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in cloud computing, DevOps, and
orchestration.
• Continuously adapt to new tools, technologies, processes, and escalation procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Technical Skills:
• Strong programming skills in Go, Python, or Java.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker, Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native applications and deployment practices.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes is a plus.
• Proficient in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience with time-series databases and performance monitoring tools.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.

Shift Details:
• 24x5 rotational shift schedule (Monthly rotation across shifts)
