Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Content Management Systems (CMS),
particularly within the Salesforce Commerce Cloud environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with product,
development, and QA teams to gather and document requirements, manage CMS functionalities, and ensure high-
quality deliverables. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies and
the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear,
actionable requirements.
• Draft detailed requirements for website content management and catalogue features based on application
functionality.
• Own and manage the end-to-end CMS lifecycle for international clients, ensuring timely and accurate
content updates through Salesforce Commerce Cloud CMS.
• Analyze and investigate application issues, identify root causes, and support resolution efforts.
• Participate in daily Scrum meetings and take complete ownership of assigned modules.
• Work closely with internal and external design teams to identify and document system issues.
• Perform functional testing of web applications to ensure alignment with system specifications.
• Prepare periodic status updates and operational reports.
Requirements & Qualifications:
• 4+ years of total experience, with at least 3 years as a Business Analyst focusing on CMS in Salesforce
Commerce Cloud (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Agile development practices and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in E-commerce domain, with a proven track record of working on mid to large-scale website
projects.
• Solid site-merchandising experience and ability to handle end-to-end CMS updates.
• Demonstrated experience in handling international clients and global brands.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using business and analytical tools for requirement gathering and documentation.
• Creative problem solver with a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.
