Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer who can take ideas
from concept to reality. This role requires a blend of industrial design, user-centered
thinking, and hands-on prototyping. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ideating,
sketching, and designing new Carrypro products, ensuring they are both functional and
stylish while aligning with the brand’s vision.
Responsibilities
● Product Ideation & Research: Conduct market research, analyze consumer needs,
and generate new product ideas.
● Sketching & Concept Development: Create detailed sketches, 2D renderings, and
3D models to visualize concepts.
● Material & Manufacturing Coordination: Work with suppliers and manufacturers
to ensure feasibility, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
● Prototyping & Testing: Develop and refine prototypes, incorporating feedback for
continuous improvement.
● User Experience & Ergonomics: Design products that offer maximum comfort,
durability, and ease of use.
● Brand Consistency: Ensure all products align with Carrypro’s design language and
aesthetic.

● Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, growth, and supply chain teams
to bring designs to market successfully.
Requirements
● 2-5 years of experience in product/industrial design (preferably in bags,
accessories, or lifestyle products).
● Strong skills in sketching, CAD software (SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360), and
Adobe Creative Suite.
● Experience in material selection, prototyping, and manufacturing processes.
● Passion for functional, minimalist, and user-friendly designs.
● Ability to translate consumer insights into tangible product solutions.
● Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset.
● Prior experience in D2C brands or the travel/lifestyle industry is a plus.
