About the Role
• We are seeking a Senior Automation Engineer with experience in building and maintaining automated
testing frameworks using Java Selenium or JavaScript-based frameworks like WebDriver IO, Protractor,
and Cypress.
• The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, experience in automation testing, and the
ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using Java Selenium or JavaScript-based
frameworks like WebDriver IO, Protractor, and Cypress.
• Work with low-code platforms like Leap work and Trecentist.
• Write and execute automated tests to validate the functionality of web applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize test
cases for automation.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues with automation frameworks and tests.
• Work with the QA team to ensure automation testing is integrated into the overall testing process.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior automation engineers on best practices for automation
testing.

Required Skills
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in automation testing.
• Strong experience with Java Selenium or JavaScript-based frameworks like WebDriver IO, Protractor,
and Cypress.
• Experience with low-code platforms like Leap work and Trecentist.
• Experience with test automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, and Mocha.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, or Circles.
• Experience with BDD/Cucumber.
• Knowledge of Python.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both
technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable Skills
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Exposure to API automation tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
• Experience in cloud testing environments (AWS, Azure).
• ISTQB or equivalent testing certifications.
• Prior experience in leading automation strategy or frameworks at a team/project level.
