What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade systems aligned with Photography / Videography best practices.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using video editing, Video Production, Videography, Photography, Audio Editing.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across product, design, and leadership at WapHire.
• Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, and technical decision-making.
• Mentor junior team members and champion code quality across the team.

Key Requirements

• 0 - 1 years of proven hands-on experience in Photography / Videography or equivalent environments.
• Strong proficiency in: video editing, Video Production, Videography, Photography, Audio Editing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills — ability to articulate technical decisions clearly.
