Position Overview:
We are seeking a female counselor who will act as the first point of contact for patients
seeking consultation and treatment. The ideal candidate will be confident, empathetic, and
fluent in English, with prior sales experience and the ability to guide patients through their
treatment options in a professional and supportive manner.
Key Responsibilities:
● Greet patients and explain the clinic’s services, treatments, and procedures in detail.
● Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand patient concerns, clarify doubts,
and help them make informed decisions about treatments.
● Provide emotional support and build trust with patients to create a positive experience.
● Convert patient inquiries into consultations and ensure follow-up for treatment bookings.
● Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to schedule appointments and maintain smooth
workflow.
● Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
● Follow up with patients post-consultation to encourage treatment adherence and ensure
satisfaction.
● Contribute to achieving monthly conversion targets and clinic revenue goals.
Requirements:
● Education: Graduate or above.
● Language Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.

● Experience: Prior experience in counseling, patient coordination, or sales (preferably in
healthcare, wellness, or hospitality).
● Skills: Confident, persuasive, empathetic, and capable of building rapport with patients.
● Appearance: Presentable and professional at all times.
● Technical Skills: Comfortable using basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM
software).
