Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced female laser technician who can also take on patient
counseling responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have more than 2 years of hands-on
experience with laser treatments and the ability to guide patients through their treatment plans
confidently and empathetically.
Key Responsibilities:
● Perform laser hair reduction and other dermatology-approved laser procedures as per
clinic protocols.
● Conduct patient counseling sessions to understand concerns, explain treatment options,
expected results, and post-treatment care.
● Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and addressing any questions or
concerns.
● Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure patient confidentiality at all times.
● Follow safety and hygiene standards while handling equipment and during procedures.
● Educate patients about skincare routines and treatment aftercare for best results.
● Support doctors in treatment rooms when required.
● Follow up with patients to monitor progress and encourage treatment completion.
● Contribute to achieving clinic goals by converting consultations into treatments and
ensuring patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
● Education: Graduate or Diploma in relevant field (Aesthetician / Cosmetology
preferred).

● Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as a laser technician in a dermatology,
cosmetology, or aesthetic clinic.
● Skills:
○ Strong knowledge of laser machines, skin types, and treatment protocols.
○ Excellent communication and counseling skills.
○ Ability to handle patients with care, empathy, and professionalism.
● Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Hindi is an
added advantage.
● Appearance: Presentable, well-groomed, and confident.
