Position Overview:
We are seeking a male receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.
The ideal candidate will be well-groomed, confident, and fluent in English, with excellent
communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
● Greet and welcome patients and visitors warmly as they arrive at the clinic.
● Manage the front desk operations, including handling incoming calls, scheduling
appointments, and maintaining patient records.
● Provide information and directions to patients regarding clinic services and procedures.
● Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff regarding patient appointments and
updates.
● Handle patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
● Manage billing and payment collection when required.
● Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
● Sort, distribute, and respond to incoming mail and messages.
Requirements:
● Education: Graduate or above.
● Language Skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written) with good communication skills.
● Appearance: Presentable, well-groomed, and confident.
● Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
preferred.

● Experience: Prior experience as a receptionist or front office executive in a clinic,
hospital, or hospitality environment will be an added advantage.
