Mahila Money is a full stack financial products and services platform offering capital solutions for women
entrepreneurs in India. Mahila Money specialises in offering loans to women who want to grow their own
business along with financial literacy resources and community to achieve their financial goals. The
Mahila Money ecosystem is committed towards supporting women’s business growth and increasing their
contribution to the GDP by becoming the largest source of productive credit-backed capital for women in
business, bridging women’s growth aspirations by unlocking a wealth of diverse yet tailormade financial
opportunities.
We aim at enabling women to achieve financial independence through its neo-banking platform. Create a
safe space for her to take charge of her own money, her own business. Develop a community first
financial platform that simplifies financial jargons, becomes a go to resource for all things business and
removes a woman’s inhibitions with respect to wealth management. On our journey, we are looking for
highly motivated, passionate and analytical people to develop Mahila Money.
This advertised role is for a Product Head – Loans. As the Product Head for Loans at Mahila Money, you
will lead the development, optimization, and scaling of our loan products, ensuring they meet the needs of
our women entrepreneurs while aligning with business and regulatory goals. You’ll drive innovation in
digital lending and play a key role in building India’s most trusted loan platform for women entrepreneurs.
What will your story at Mahila Money write?
● You will own the end-to-end roadmap, design, and delivery of Mahila Money’s loan products.
● You will lead cross-functional teams across tech, design, credit, risk, and operations.
● You will work closely with NBFC partners, regulatory teams, and lending institutions.
● You will analyze user behavior, market trends, and business metrics to build scalable lending
solutions.
● You will conceptualize new credit products, embedded finance use-cases, and inclusive lending
journeys.
● You will ensure compliance, partner integrations, disbursal efficiency, and frictionless customer
experience.
● You will continuously improve conversion, retention, and portfolio quality through data-driven
iterations.

What is your A game?
● You have 6–10 years of product experience, ideally in lending, fintech, or financial services.
● You have a strong understanding of digital credit journeys, lending partnerships, and risk
frameworks.
● You’re comfortable with customer research, partner coordination, tech/product planning, and
compliance.
● You are an excellent communicator, systems thinker, and execution-oriented leader.
● You are deeply user-focused and understand the credit needs of underserved or new-to-credit
users.
● You’re excited to build scalable, secure, and responsible credit products for women.
