Mahila Money is a full stack financial products and services platform offering capital solutions for women
entrepreneurs in India. Mahila Money specialises in offering loans to women who want to grow their own
business along with financial literacy resources and community to achieve their financial goals. The
Mahila Money ecosystem is committed towards supporting women’s business growth and increasing their
contribution to the GDP by becoming the largest source of productive credit-backed capital for women in
business, bridging women’s growth aspirations by unlocking a wealth of diverse yet tailormade financial
opportunities.
We aim at enabling women to achieve financial independence through its neo-banking platform. Create a
safe space for her to take charge of her own money, her own business. Develop a community first
financial platform that simplifies financial jargons, becomes a go to resource for all things business and
removes a woman’s inhibitions with respect to wealth management. On our journey, we are looking for
highly motivated, passionate and analytical people to develop Mahila Money.
This advertised role is for a Social Media Manager. As a Social Media Manager at Mahila Money, you will
lead our social media strategy, amplify our brand presence, and foster meaningful connections with our
audience. The ideal candidate will be deeply aligned with Mahila Money's mission of empowering women
entrepreneurs and will leverage their expertise in content creation, analytics, and community engagement
to drive impactful results.
What will your story at Mahila Money write?
● You will develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy aligned with Mahila
Money’s goals.
● You will manage and grow Mahila Money's presence across platforms such as Twitter, Instagram,
Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other emerging platforms.
● You will create monthly content calendars and campaigns to build awareness, engagement, and
conversions.
● You will conceptualize and produce high-quality, engaging content, including posts, videos, reels,
infographics, and stories.
● You will highlight inspiring stories of Mahila Money community members, showcasing their
entrepreneurial journeys.
● You will stay updated on industry trends, tailoring content to resonate with a dynamic audience.
● You will actively interact with followers, responding to comments, messages, and queries in a
timely manner.
● You will foster an online community by initiating conversations, conducting polls, and hosting live
sessions.
● You will partner with influencers aligned with Mahila Money’s values to amplify reach.
● You will monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach,
traffic, and conversions, generate regular reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and
recommend optimizations.

● You will work closely with internal teams like design, video, product, partnership to align social
media efforts with broader organizational goals.
● You will create plans and copies for Push messaging, Paid Ads and other marketing activities

What is your A game?
● You have 2-4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in
startups, fintech, social enterprises, or women-centric brands.
● You have a strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g.,
Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
● You have exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills in English and hindi; fluency in
other Indian languages is a plus.
● You have a creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
● You have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
● You are passionate about women entrepreneurship and financial inclusion.
