About Us
RosterGrid is building the workflow stack for India’s talent managers. Agencies use us to
manage creators, build rosters, track deals, generate pitches, and soon—run full AI-powered
workflows inside one platform. We’re mid-build on our major relaunch (“Rosty”) and we ship fast.
This means things break. A lot. And we need someone obsessed with catching issues before
users do.

Role Overview
We’re hiring a part-time QA Engineer to pressure-test our app, break our features, and help us
ship clean releases every week. You’ll work closely with the founder, CTO, and dev team.
Flexibility is high output matters more than hours.

What You’ll Do
• Run manual testing on web app builds (weekly and ad-hoc)
• Identify bugs, inconsistencies, UI issues, and broken workflows
• Create clear bug reports with steps, screenshots, and expected behaviour
• Verify bug fixes and new features before release
• Stress test: forms, rosters, lists, brand match flows, deal creation, media kit sharing, etc
• Help define basic QA process as we scale
• Suggest improvements to UX and flow
• Work tightly with the dev team on Discord/Slack for quick iteration

You’ll Fit If You:
• Have strong attention to detail
• Enjoy breaking things and documenting exactly how
• Understand how web apps work (no need to code, but bonus if you can)
• Are comfortable testing across browsers and devices
• Communicate clearly and fast
• Thrive in early-stage chaos and unstructured environments
• Care about shipping quality without slowing velocity

Nice to Have
• Prior QA experience (manual or automated)
• Experience testing SaaS products
• Familiarity with Postman, basic API testing, or test case writing

Compensation
Part-time Indian market rate, flexible based on experience.
