Work Experience:
● Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Team Management
● Any graduate degree / relevant certification
Job Responsibilities:
• Evaluate the effectiveness of sales representatives in terms of product knowledge, communication skills,
objection handling, and compliance with sales scripts.
• Analyze sales performance data, including key metrics and KPIs, to identify trends, areas for
improvement, and opportunities to enhance sales outcomes.
• Prepare reports and provide insights to sales management regarding performance findings.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales quality assurance or a similar role within the sales domain.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using quality monitoring tools and software.
• Team handling Experience.
