About the Role
We are hiring a highly motivated Senior Java Developer to contribute to the development of next-
gen onboarding and integration services. This role involves building secure, scalable microservices in a cl
oud-native AWS environment, in collaboration with cross-functional Agile teams.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain microservices using Java 11+ and Spring Boot for onboarding, rule validation,
and notification systems.
• Implement REST APIs for services.
• Integrate with AWS-
managed services: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Aurora (PostgreSQL), S3, and EventBridge.
• Participate in unit testing, peer code reviews, and ensure compliance with secure coding standards.
• Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA engineers to ensure consistent delivery through CI/CD pi
pelines.
Required Skills
• 3 -5 years of backend development experience using Java, Spring Boot, and REST API patterns.
• Solid understanding of AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Experience working with tools like Git, Postman, Jenkins, and CloudWatch.
• Strong grasp of Agile development methodologies and sprint-based delivery.

Preferred Skills
• Exposure to event-driven architectures using EventBridge or SQS.
• Knowledge of token-based authentication (JWT) and security best practices.
• Understanding of onboarding workflows, application lifecycle management, and third-
party system integration.
