Job Summary:
The Admission Counsellor will play a crucial role in recruiting and enrolling students for our
training programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about aviation, possess excellent
communication skills, and have a strong ability to guide and support prospective students
through the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Outreach
a. Conduct outreach activities to attract prospective students, including
attending career fairs, school visits, and community events
b. Develop and maintain relationships with high schools, colleges, and other
educational institutions
2. Student Counselling
a. Provide detailed information about our programs, admission requirements,
and career opportunities in the aviation industry
b. Assist prospective students and their families with the application process,
financial aid, and enrolment procedures
3. Application Review
a. Evaluate and review student applications, ensuring all required documents
and prerequisites are met
b. Conduct interviews and assessments to determine the suitability of applicants
for specific programs
4. Data Management
a. Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and enrolment
statuses using the company’s CRM system
b. Analyse recruitment data to identify trends and improve admission strategies
5. Collaboration

a. Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and
campaigns
b. Collaborate with instructors and program directors to understand program
offerings and updates
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
2. 10+ years of work experience
3. Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or counselling, preferably within the
education or aviation industry
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
7. Passion for aviation and a commitment to helping students achieve their career goals
