Design Associate

Job Title: Design Associate
Location: Gurgaon
Department: Design Studio
• Key Responsibilities:
o Provide landscape advice on planning, design and implementation of landscape
work in medium and large-scale corporate projects.
o Understand individual client/stakeholder needs to develop landscape design
concepts with considerations to parameters including functionality, aesthetic
preferences, sustainability and budget.
o Actively participate with Concepts team & Project Architect in planning concepts
and translating them into clear and compelling graphic images.
o Coordinate with 3D Visualizer and Concept Designer for developing realistic and
high-quality 3D visuals.
o Prepare landscape designs, supervise the implementation of works contracts,
supervise performance of consultants, carry out landscape related studies and
research.
o Organize a landscape design digital library of plant images, 3D models & supplements
o Research and recommend leading industrial standards, global issues and design
trends to inform the design concepts in the post pandemic scenario.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Educational Background:
o Bachelor’s or above in Landscape Architecture or closely related field.
o Detailed know-how of indoor, outdoor & water plant species, their
suitable environments, placement and easy maintenance.
• Experience:
o 1-3 years of work experience in Landscaping/ Urban Design
o Proficiency in drafting with AutoCAD/Revit
o Highly Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign &
Illustrator)
o Proficiency in 3D modelling software- Sketch Up, 3D Max, Lumion etc.
o Flair for design and strong illustrative capability & graphic
communication skills

o Detail oriented, efficient, adaptable to changing deadlines and
priorities,
o Ability to communicate & work well collaboratively.
