Role Overview
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are
delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll collaborate with
cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, and manage stakeholder expectations while
driving innovation in our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring alignment with company goals
and client needs.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with business
development, product, and operations teams.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to drive efficiency and quality.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and troubleshoot challenges
proactively.
• Provide regular updates and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Optimize project workflows to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide teams to foster productivity and creativity.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

• Analyze project performance and apply best practices for continuous
improvement.
What We’re Looking For
• Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related
fields (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 6+ years in project management, preferably in real estate, proptech,
or digital solutions.
• Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
abilities.
• Tools: Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant certification is a plus.
• Mindset: Data-driven, innovative, and results-oriented.
