Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic
team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually captivating assets that enhance
the user experience, communicate our brand effectively, and bring Convrse Spaces' immersive
technology solutions to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of design work, a
passion for innovation, and the ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling
graphics.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Development
● Create high-quality designs for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations,
advertisements, Proposals, Case Studies, email campaigns, and social media assets.
● Develop visual content for immersive technology solutions, such as interface designs,
VR/AR graphics, and phygital experience center displays.
● Design branding assets, including logos, icons, and style guides, to ensure a consistent
brand identity.
● Create any specific design content as per the client needs as and when a project comes
up.
● Create Social Media Collaterals for all prominent social media platforms.

Collaboration & Conceptualization
● Work closely with the content, marketing, and video teams to conceptualize and execute
engaging visuals that align with project goals.
● Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns and
presentations.
Project Execution & Delivery
● Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality
outputs.
● Adapt designs for various platforms and formats, including print, web, and digital
displays.
Innovation & R&D
● Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the creative
output cutting-edge.
● Experiment with new styles and techniques to enhance user engagement and visual
storytelling.
Qualifications
● 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in real estate, technology,
or marketing.
● Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
● Experience with motion graphics, 3D modeling, or animation software is a plus.
● Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design, creativity, and attention to detail.
Skills & Competencies
● Excellent visual storytelling and design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics.
● Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
● Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional
teams.
● A proactive approach to problem-solving and openness to constructive feedback.
