Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to craft visually stunning and engaging
video content that showcases our immersive technology and phygital experience centers. This
role is pivotal in bringing Convrse Spaces' projects to life by blending technical precision with
creative storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of video work, a keen eye
for detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production
● Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for Solution Overviews, promotional
trailers, VR/AR Industry and Real Estate Industry Informational content, marketing
materials, Project Videos and Client Testimonials
● Apply advanced editing techniques to enhance visual appeal, including color grading,
motion graphics, and visual effects.
● Ensure seamless integration of audio, visuals, and immersive elements for a cohesive
output.
● Familiarity with 3D Softwares in Video editing would be appreciated.
Product Content for Social Media platforms like Instagram, Linkedin, Whatsapp,
Youtube and other relevant platforms.

Creative Storytelling
● Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop engaging narratives for
videos.
● Incorporate feedback to refine video edits and align with project goals and client
expectations.
● Collaborate with Project Management and Sales Teams to produce content related to
projects and client testimonials
● Ability to capitalize on the current running hot topics and popular trends in the social
media space for good outreach
Innovation & R&D
● Stay updated on the latest video editing tools, trends, and techniques to deliver cutting-
edge content.
● Experiment with new styles and formats to elevate the storytelling experience for
Convrse Spaces' audience.
Asset Management
● Maintain an organized library of raw footage, project files, and final outputs.
● Optimize videos for various platforms, including websites, social media, and presentation
displays.
Collaboration
● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including graphic designers, content writers,
and project managers, to ensure alignment with project requirements.
● Coordinate with the Clients for any project related content and special requirements
during the time of project delivery.
Qualifications
● 3 years of professional video editing experience, preferably in real estate, technology, or
marketing.
● Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final
Cut Pro, or similar tools.
● Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Blender and 3DS Max is a plus ●
Experience with motion graphics, 3D animations, and color grading is a plus. ● Strong
portfolio showcasing expertise in video storytelling and editing.
