Job Title: Associate Data Analyst
Location: Chhatarpur, Delhi
Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you
will leverage advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Zoho Analytics skills to develop data models,
create dynamic reports, and provide actionable insights to support business intelligence
initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data analysis, visualization, and automation,
with a passion for transforming raw data into meaningful insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Excel:
• Develop, maintain, and optimize complex Excel models using advanced formulas, pivot
tables, and data validation techniques.
• Design and implement VBA macros to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow
efficiency.
• Perform data analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting using Excel’s advanced functions
such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and Array Formulas.
• Create dynamic and interactive reports and dashboards in Excel to track key performance
indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Power BI:
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to provide
actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Utilize Power Query to clean, transform, and merge data from multiple sources before
loading into Power BI.
• Write DAX formulas to create calculated columns, measures, and aggregations to
enhance the Power BI data model.
• Publish, share, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards on Power BI Service,
ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
SQL:
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and manipulate
data from relational databases.
• Develop and maintain stored procedures, views, and functions to support data
processing and reporting needs.
• Perform data extraction and integration from multiple databases or data warehouses to
support business intelligence initiatives.
• Conduct data validation and cleansing operations to ensure the integrity and consistency
of data.
Zoho Analytics:

• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries within Zoho Analytics to extract and
manipulate data from relational databases.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Zoho Analytics to
deliver actionable business insights.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related
field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables,
macros (VBA), and data visualization.
• Strong experience with Power BI, including Power Query, DAX formulas, and
report/dashboard creation.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying databases, developing stored procedures, and ensuring
data accuracy.
• Experience with Zoho Analytics or a similar analytics platform is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
or in a team.
