Tech Lead – Full Stack (Node.js, Python, React)
Location: Chhatarpur, Delhi (On-site)
Education:on: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science or related field from Tier-1 institutes (IITs,
NITs, BITS, IIITs)
Experience: 6+ years in full-stack development, with leadership exposure
About the Role We are seeking a Tech Lead with deep expertise across the stack to
guide our engineering efforts around microservices (cart, order, checkout), modern web
apps, and scalable cloud infrastructure. You will drive architecture, mentor developers,
and help scale both the product and the team.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and architect core services using NestJS and Python
2. Drive frontend development using React and Next.js
3. Design scalable APIs and microservices for critical business flows
4. Oversee cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring DevOps best practices
5. Collaborate closely with product, design, and cross-functional teams
6. Mentor engineers and help shape the engineering culture and team scalability
Tech Stack
1. Frontend: React, Next.js (SSR, API Routes)
2. Backend: Node.js (NestJS), Python
3. Cloud & DevOps: AWS (Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3), GitLab CI/CD, Docker
4. Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
5. Architecture: Microservices (cart, order, checkout, etc.)
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree from a Tier-1 engineering institute
2. 6+ years of experience in full-stack development (Node.js, Python, React)
3. Strong understanding of cloud architecture, especially AWS
4. Proven experience in scalable system design
5. Excellent team and project leadership skills
Bonus Points
1. Experience in e-commerce platforms or cart/order/checkout systems
2. Familiarity with event-driven architecture (Kafka, SNS, SQS)
3. Strong focus on performance and security optimization in microservices
