Job Title: Sr. Project Manager

Job Summary:
The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of
projects throughout their lifecycle. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to
ensure projects meet market demands and align with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate the project vision and strategy in alignment
with company objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and
competitive landscape.
• Project Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to develop and launch
new projects or features.
• Roadmap Planning: Create and manage a detailed project roadmap, prioritizing features and
initiatives based on business value and customer impact.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear
communication of project plans, progress, and changes.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyse project performance metrics to inform decision-making and
identify areas for improvement.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and incorporate customer feedback to enhance project offerings and
ensure user satisfaction.
• Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial
constraints.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management
strategies.
• Process Improvement: Implement best practices in Agile, Scrum, or other project management
methodologies. Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS
Project.
Qualifications:
Education:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a
plus.
Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in project management or a related role.
Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Understanding of market research and data analysis techniques.
