Senior Product Manager – AI/GenAI Products

About the Role

DentalKart is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and scale AI-first product initiatives — from 0-to-1 builds to optimizing existing GenAI-powered workflows. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, LLM/agentic system design, and cross-functional execution, translating DentalKart's business goals into measurable, AI-enabled product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end AI product strategy and roadmap for GenAI-driven features, from problem discovery through launch and iteration.
• Design and scope Conversational AI, Agentic AI, RAG-based retrieval, and recommendation systems to improve engagement, efficiency, or revenue.
• Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, partnering closely with engineering to reduce ambiguity.
• Define and track North Star and supporting metrics (accuracy, CSAT, resolution time, retention, conversion), and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Sales, and Ops to align the roadmap with business OKRs.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across enterprise clients and internal business units, including escalation handling.
• Build or oversee LLM evaluation frameworks, prompt versioning, and guardrail design.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Product Management experience, including at least 1–2 years working directly on GenAI/LLM-based features (chatbots, voice agents, recommendation engines, or automation tools).
• Proven track record of shipping products that moved a clear metric — resolution time, CSAT, retention, revenue, or cost savings.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss RAG, prompt engineering, APIs, and system design with engineering teams.
• Experience writing PRDs and driving cross-functional delivery in an agile environment.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree from a top-tier institute preferred.
• Prior experience at a high-growth product company preferred.

Preferred Skills & Nice to Have

• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, SQL, Tableau/Power BI.
• Familiarity with GenAI tooling (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Lovable, Kiro) for rapid prototyping.
• Experience managing or working closely with cross-functional PODs members.
