Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Personal Assistant to support the COO of
Dentalkart. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, capable of multitasking and
managing a wide range of administrative and executive tasks. The Personal Assistant will play a
crucial role in optimizing the COOs efficiency to ensure smooth operation and growth of the
company.
Responsibilities: -
Manage and coordinate the COO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments,
and travel arrangements.
Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the COO, including emails, phone
calls, and postal mail.
Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintain files, records, and documents as
required.
Assist in preparing for meetings and attending them to take minutes.
Serve as the point of contact between the COO, clients, and other external partners.
Manage personal tasks for the COO such as handling personal appointments or family-
related matters if necessary.
Organize events and conferences, including logistics, attendee management, and follow-up.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships with all board members, staff, and
stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new
software and systems.
Flexible daily schedule, with the ability to work outside of standard hours when needed.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including
staff, board members, and external partners.
Discretion and confidentiality of the highest level.
