We're building India's first insurance wallet app where users can manage, understand, and optimize
all their policies in one place. Think of us as the app that makes insurance actually make sense.

The Role
You'll be the bridge between cutting-edge AI capabilities and real user problems.
We're building AI-powered features that help users understand, manage, and optimize their
insurance. You'll own the product strategy for these features end to end.
This is NOT a traditional PM role where you just write specs and run standups. You need to
deeply understand what AI can and can't do, and translate that into products people actually
love.
If you've shipped AI-powered features in a B2C app and scaled them, we want to hear from
you.

What You'll Do
Own the product roadmap for AI-driven features across the CoverSure app
Work directly with the founders to define product vision and prioritize ruthlessly
Define clear problem statements, user stories, and success metrics for every feature
Collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, designers, and backend teams to ship fast
Run user research, analyze data, and iterate based on what you learn
Build internal tools and workflows that leverage AI to improve team productivity
Stay on top of the latest in AI/LLM/GenAI space and bring relevant ideas to the table
Own the full lifecycle: ideation, spec, build, launch, measure, iterate

What We're Looking For
3 to 5+ years of product management experience in a B2C app company
Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts (you don't need to code models, but you need to know
what's possible and what's not)
Track record of shipping and scaling at least a couple of products or major features
Strong analytical mindset, comfort with data, and ability to make decisions fast
Excellent communication skills, can explain complex AI concepts in simple terms

Experience working in fast-paced startups where you wore multiple hats
Obsessed with user experience and solving real problems, not just adding features

Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLM integrations, or AI workflows
Background in fintech, InsurTech, or healthtech
Experience with growth product management or experimentation frameworks
