CoverSure is an InsurTech startup on a mission to simplify insurance for every Indian household.
We're building India's first insurance wallet app where users can manage, understand, and optimize
all their policies in one place. Think of us as the app that makes insurance actually make sense.
We're a small, fast-moving team based in Mumbai, backed by a clear vision: trust, transparency,
and putting the customer first. Always.

The Role
Let's be real. We don't need someone who schedules posts at 10 AM and calls it a day.
We need a creative brain who lives and breathes content, understands culture, catches trends
before they peak, and can turn a boring insurance topic into something people actually want to
share.
But here's the thing. This role goes beyond social media. You'll be involved in events,
activations, brand collaborations, and anything that gets CoverSure in front of the right people
in the right way.
If you think insurance can't be cool, this role is your chance to prove yourself wrong.

What You'll Do
Own CoverSure's social media presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube,
etc.)
Create original, engaging content, from concept to copy to creative briefs
Spot trends early and create timely, relevant content that gets people talking
Plan and execute on-ground events, brand activations, and community initiatives
Collaborate with designers, video creators, and external partners to produce high-quality
content
Build and grow an engaged community around insurance awareness and financial wellness
Track performance metrics, analyze what's working, and double down on winners
Work with the founders on brand strategy and voice

What We're Looking For
2 to 5 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or brand marketing
A creative thinker, not just an executor. You bring ideas to the table before anyone asks
Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategies and algorithms
Experience planning or executing events, activations, or experiential marketing campaigns

Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to make any topic interesting
A portfolio or examples of content you've created that performed well
Someone who doesn't need hand-holding. You see opportunities and act on them
Comfort working in a startup where speed matters and perfection is overrated

Nice to Have
Experience with short-form video creation (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style content)
Background in fintech, InsurTech, or any 'boring' industry you made interesting
Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, Figma) and video editing
