The Role
Simple role, great exposure. Nothing complicated, just real work with real customers.
You'll manage a portfolio of our prime customers, keeping them engaged, informed, and
happy. Think of yourself as their go-to person at CoverSure.
This is a people-first role. If you genuinely enjoy helping others and have a knack for building
relationships, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do
Manage a portfolio of prime customers and be their single point of contact at CoverSure
Keep customers engaged and updated about their accounts, policies, and any new features
Provide quick, friendly support and assistance whenever they need it
Understand each customer's needs and suggest the right products or services to help them
Follow up proactively to make sure every query or issue is fully resolved
Build long-term relationships that turn customers into advocates for CoverSure

What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, relationship management, or similar roles
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (bonus if you speak other regional languages)
A positive, people-first attitude. You actually enjoy talking to customers
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help people
Basic comfort with CRM tools and tracking systems
Someone who's reliable, organized, and follows through on commitments
