About the Role
VitusCare is expanding rapidly especially in Tier 2 & 3 cities. We want patients even in the remote areas
of India to have access to quality dialysis. Hence, it is important to create local level awareness about
our centre and the quality of our service. You will take charge of delivering this expectation for our
centres across India. You will be representing brand VitusCare on the ground with a singular objective
of improving awareness of the centre in a given locality, attracting maximum. As the Public Relations
Officer (PRO), you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local medical
professionals, including doctors and dialysis technicians, to generate leads and referrals for our dialysis
centres. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the medical network, with experience in
a similar role within a hospital or pharmaceutical company.

What you will do
Network Development:
• Establish and nurture relationships with local doctors, particularly those who treat dialysis or
pre-dialysis stage patients, and patients with lifestyle diseases at risk of kidney failure.
• Build connections with dialysis technicians from competing centres to facilitate patient
referrals.
Lead Generation:
• Identify and develop strategies to generate patient leads from medical professionals and other
relevant sources (such as NGOs, health centres, religious groups etc.)
• Organize and participate in local medical events, health camps, and seminars to promote our
dialysis services.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Act as a liaison between our dialysis centres and local hospitals, ensuring smooth
collaboration and mutual benefit.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns, provide updates, and
promote our services.
Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify potential areas for expansion and opportunities for
increasing patient inflow.
• Stay informed about competitor activities, and opportunities or threats for our brand.
Centre utilization
• Single-handedly responsible for ensuring high utilization levels for our centres by ensuring a
continuous pipeline of new patients
• Responsible for maintain high levels of patient retention
Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain detailed records of interactions with medical professionals, lead generation activities,
and patient referrals.
• Prepare regular reports on outreach efforts, lead conversion rates, and other key performance
metrics.
What you will need
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a
related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a hospital, healthcare facility, or
pharmaceutical company.
• Strong network within the local medical community, particularly with doctors and dialysis
technicians.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into patients.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
