Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Executive / Assistant Manager to
manage inventory operations, ensure compliance with healthcare standards, and support the
seamless flow of medical supplies, especially dialysis-related consumables and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of dialysis
consumables, equipment, and medicines.
• Ensure proper handling and storage conditions, especially for temperature-sensitive
medical supplies.
• Manage inventory control: conduct cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and report
discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Supply Chain teams for timely replenishment and
dispatch.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems.
• Prepare and manage warehouse documentation including GRNs, invoices, dispatch
notes, and stock registers.
• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or excess.
• Supervise and assist in loading/unloading activities and ensure safe packaging practices.
• Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety standards, and ensure FIFO/FEFO principles are
followed.
• Assist in audits (internal/external) and regulatory inspections.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations; healthcare, pharmaceutical, or dialysis
industry experience preferred.

• Knowledge of medical warehousing standards (temperature control, expiry management,
etc.).
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Attributes:
• Certification in Warehouse Management or Logistics (optional, but an advantage).
• Familiarity with handling dialysis machines and consumables.
